Shipping to UK
Shipping is a flat fee in the UK, I normally send via Royal Mail First Class from my local post office. Orders over £35 will receive tracking information and will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For service. Orders below £35.00 will get a notification email that your parcel has been sent, but with no tracking information. Shipping to EU and the rest of the world
For non European countries, please email me at [email protected] to check on international shipping and VAT free shopping, you may be subjected to local duty and taxes which you will have to pay in your own country.
Shipping in Europe will be via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For, if your country doesn't appear in the shipping option, please contact me and I will add it. Due to Brexit, you may be liable for extra custom and local taxes. I will refund the UK VAT paid once I ship, the refund will appear on your card that you paid with and it normally takes several business days. These rules may change
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Be Inspired Fibres suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Be Inspired Fibres will make a refund of eligible returns. I can only refund to the card which was used for payment, and it normally takes several business working days before it will show on your card.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Be Inspired Fibres is NOT responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Want to switch to another product?
Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead. You are responsible for both the return postage costs.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not collected at your local post office within 14 days, Be Inspired Fibres reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
